Western Construction Systems is an industry leader in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and draining solutions. The brand’s success came from building a solid network of real estate agents, return customers, and positive word-of mouth. The company went through a transition and the keys were handed over to the owner’s sons, two twin brothers, who wanted to move the brand forward by establishing its messaging, developing content and a marketing plan.
We looked at the company and its meaningful history in the community, brand loyalty, and connection to families. We took this market research, customer surveys, and conversations with the founder to create a dynamic campaign that shared the services of the company along with telling the story of the brand.
