Holly Eckles Homes built meaningful relationships with buyers and sellers but was struggling to create digital marketing assets her business needed in order to grow. As a real estate agent who had experience and success with word-of-mouth marketing, she knew that in order to take her business to the next level she needed help with branding, a website, social media content, and the use of marketing tools, such as drip email campaigns.
Paper Napkin Marketing looked at the competition, profiled her buyers and sellers, and then held a discovery meeting with Holly Eckles so we could understand her aesthetic and her successes and struggles in marketing her real estate company. Through the discovery process, we saw the brand needed to be relatable, friendly, and “mom next door.” We used this approach when developing the look and feel of the brand including the colors, font, icons, and in the way we introduced the services, agents, and opportunities for buyers and sellers throughout the marketing.

Created and produced the Home Sweet Home campaign which featured buyers in front of their new home in a chair, chosen based on the demographic of the home and/or buyer.
Setup the social media channels, including the branding and copy, for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Created a style guide and suggested community-based topics for the Home Sweet Home blog.
Delivered a fully responsive website that introduced the brand, the agents, testimonials from buyers and sellers, along with plugins to showcase properties that were for sale along with a page dedicated to services offered to sellers.
Developed blueprint for home tours and oversaw production team when creating the content.
Developed dynamic open house program and managed BombBomb email platform, including the production of videos, and trained the team on best use practices when utilizing the platform for client retention.
