CHALLENGE 

Vintage Meets Modern Homes was a new real estate company in the over-crowded Phoenix / Scottsdale market. The agents were looking to build a brand that spoke to the desert life, was fresh, and hip. The marketing and messaging needed to speak to a variety of clients who had a variety of needs when selling their home and/or finding their home sweet home.

SOLUTION

Paper Napkin Marketing loves the challenge of creating content in established industries and finding ways to infuse design, technology, content, and storytelling into every aspect of the brand. We evaluated the competition, profiled the buyers and sellers, and then held a discovery meeting so we could explore the long and short term goals for the brand. We then used the information in creating marketing assets. Through the discovery process, we saw the brand needed to be authentic, friendly, and not just embrace, but celebrate, the desert and the people, places, and communities that call it home. We used this approach in the colors, fonts, imagery, and in the ways we introduced the services, agents, and opportunities for buyers and sellers throughout the marketing.

Paper Napkin Marketing provided Vintage Meets Modern Homes with the following marketing services:

  • Designed the branding which included the logo, stationery, business cards, email signatures.

  • Set up the social media channels, including the branding and copy, for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Created a style guide and suggested community-based topics for the blog, including a YouTube channel which showcased and celebrated local businesses.

  • Delivered a fully responsive website that introduced the brand, the agents, testimonials from buyers and sellers, along with plugins to showcase properties that were for sale along with a page dedicated to services offered to sellers.

  • Developed blueprint for home tours and oversaw production team when creating the content.

  • Developed dynamic open house program and managed BombBomb email platform, including the production of videos, and trained the team on best use practices when utilizing the platform for client retention.
